CPVC connection to Delta Valve

Does anyone know how you would go about attaching a Delta R10000 Valve to CPVC pipe? I know you can get the universal connection valve and get a transition fitting but the only fitting that I could find here doesn't have a LA City Research report so its a no go. The fitting that we can't use is made by KBI in Valencia, CA.

Any tips or insight on where to look would be appreciated.
