Hi All.
I'm building a gable-end awning. I used 2x6's for the rafters spaced at 2'. The total span runs 16'.
The plan is to install Palruf corrugated sheets that are 25.5" x 96". I've seen ppl install these panels by running purloins (1x material) perpendicular to the rafters. The panels are laid out on top of the purloins and screwed directly into the purloins.
I've also seen wiggle moulding and other product-specific materials used on the underside to fit into the corrugated metal.
I think the purloins seems easiest. Is this a good way to go?
Thanks all...
