I'm coping some crown molding and have some questions on tools to use for it. The crown molding is a paint grade mdf. I have a coping saw but which blade should I use with it, fine or coarse? I've also heard of using a grinder and saw some videos of it on youtube, what kind of disc/pad would you use on a grinder to do coping? Thanks

One other question...What size nail gun should I use for the crown? I have a 18 gauge, 16 gauge, and 15 gauge angle finish. I would think the 15 gauge? Thanks

The finer the better. A coarse blade will produce blowout on the face. With solid wood you can get away with a coarser blade.
