what is an economical way to cool water in a 45L tank? i want the water to be as cold as possible. now the water temperature is 35c.

, then connect the cold outlet to the tank and put a water pump in the tank and send it back to the water cooler? if yes, can you help explain it?

down, if it is 35c ?

How many gallons or litres per minute of cold water do you require?

What's the application?

I think you'll need a mini-chiller of some sort - no way a water cooler, designed to cool small amounts of room air temperature water would have enough capacity.

Unlikely to be able to do it for $200.

Put the tank in a chest freezer and use an external thermostat set for 0.000001C.
