I ran into this 2 minute video about a PC tool collector

I especially liked the styling on the 1931 vintage PC model B10 "Dustless:laughing: Take About" I don't know whether or not that would be classified as Art Deco style but it is similar to a few classic locomotives.
Note the tool prices on the old ads. Power Tools were expensive.
In 1947 half of the families in the US made less than $3,031 a year.
