control two gang outlet independantly

But I'm unsure of the instructions.

I see that I can separate the brass tab connecting the hot wire. If I were guessing I would just stop there, but it sounds like I need to do more work with the grounds. Does anyone have any better instructions on controlling two outlets with two separate toggle switches or have any elaborations on the instructions found on the above post?

Works the same as this, but instead of fan and light it would just be outlet and outlet.
