Best way to raise concrete 3/4 inch for tile?

Hi. I tried to search other posts but couldn't find an exact match to my question. I have finished tiling my kitchen with ceramic tile over 3/4 inch plywood subfloor and hardie board with thin set and screws. I want to continue into my utility room which has a 15 year old concrete floor. It is 3/4 inch lower than the top of the backer board that meets it from the kitchen. I haven't done tiling before and am thankful for this site because I have found advice already that has guided me not to proceed in certain ways. The utility room is 14 feet by 5 and 1/2 feet. It previously had a type of linoleum on it that only had to be glued around the perimeter so there isn't much glue on the concrete. What would be the best way to prep the concrete for ceramic tile and bring it up 3/4 inch. Please consider cost, ease of use and durability. I have considered pouring a mud bed, pouring slc, laying Ditra in 2 layers with thin set. After reading posts I have ruled out both plywood and Hardie board over concrete in any way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
