PL premium is always in the truck--that one is good for most day to day stick-um needs---

But like Joe mentioned---different needs--different glue---

I like PL Premium as well. It seems to hold better and harden better than some of the other stuff.
In my opinion it should be illegal to put the word adhesive on any of those tubes. Biggest waste of money there is in construction. The tube should read Mucky Puck.

no real specific use, i was looking for the one size fits all..

i saw the one thread about the guy gluing moulding to the ceiling and wanted to know what would be the best "one size fits all" to have around
loctite power grab works great depending on what you are doing with it

pl is great also. each one has their place
ditto on the PL Premium
Excellent adhesion on wood and many other substances. Polyurethane like Gorrila glue. Stronger than the wood you are joining it to.
It expands a little as it cures. Normally I like this, because it fills the gap from less than perfect cuts. For example, if you are using it on corner miter joints on molding. But if you are using it where it will be visible, you have to remember to go back after 20 minutes and wipe off any excess that has oozed out (sometimes a little varsol helps).
Seems to work well on plastics also.
