I am wiring a panel and gave the thhn #6 ran thru pvc conduit but the last 6 feet of the run needs to be flex conduit due to the way it needs to be ran thru the wall. So I see there are metal and "rubber" types of conduit. It's for my house and never actually leaves the original structure (not a detached garage). What type would you recommend? It's ran as 6-6-6-10 thhn the last 6 feet takes me from pvc to the subpanel box. The existing conduit is 1" with a total of 3 90's. Plus do I need to put a pull point in there as well with there being 3 90s before the flex conversion?

Use carflex(plastic flex).
3 90's are fine.
6 6 6 10 is fine also.

you have to count the bends in the flex aswell, your inspector may or may not require you to put a pull box in-between the PVC and carflex

Installing a pull box will make that transition to the flex much easier.
