I have a 12 year old Rheem RASL-023JEZ condenser. When it calls for cooling the compressor starts but the fan motor never moves. The unit soon goes out on high pressure overload. Pictured is the wiring diagram. My ECM motor knowledge is non-existent. If I were to measure voltages on the 5 wires (black, brown, yellow, white and blue) going to the motor what should I expect to find and to where should my volt meter common lead connect to make valid measurements? Thanks

The diagram, cutoff on the right would be more helpful.

From line thickness, I'm guessing across black and brown will be 230v. Yellow, blue, and white to ground will be something between 0 and 24v, depending on the motor you have, and the motor you're running in.

Cheers!
