concrete versus icf foundations

I get quite a few mix messages "on line" and thought to ash the membership here. I, personally, have ICS (ICF) in my house and am happy with it. It cost me more but I think the benefit is there. What I am asking is if someone has done the actual cost comparison from a hole in the ground to a basement that has drywall and parging done. With concrete there are forms and framing plus drywall but ICS is more costly. I'd like to hear a total comparison (labour included) for a same size house. Mine is 1700 sq. ft. but pick a size of you choice for comparison. Thanks.

I am in Canada so heat retention is a factor.
