Concrete slab along trim? Not sure what to do

Hello,

I am planning on replacing tiles in my living room with engineered wood floors. The problem is that the tiles were angled up a bit on the concrete slab. They looked awful and could be pulled up with little pressure from my hand.

Is there some kind of trim that would cover this awful transition from concrete slab to drywall?

You could also fab up a misting setup to keep it moist while you grind.

Other options include raising the entire floor to match the elevation of the concrete, or adding some kind of wood coping at the edge.
