I have noticed that there is a pool of releasing agent sitting on the concrete footing all along the length of the proposed retaining wall . Some bright light coated the inside of the plywood forms in place resulting in excessive amount of oil on the concrete footing.
Will this cause the wall concrete to not bond to the footing once the form is poured?
Should this oil be removed and the footing degreased?
Thanks for your suggestions
