I am getting ready have a cement driveway poured here in the Philippines.
Obviously, the US price has zero to do with the prices here, but I would just like to get an idea as to what the average cost is per sq. foot in the US is.
I guess the cement thickness would be 4" (which I believe is standard). And let's say this driveway would include rebar reinforcement and a thin layer of gravel spread over the ground prior to pouring the cement. The ground has a very slight downward slope towards the street, but is basically pretty level.
Any ideas as to what might be an average "out the door" price per sq. foot (including materials and labor) for a contractor to come in and install a concrete driveway over a level soil surface in your area of the country?
Thank's,
Ron
