compressor wires burned

help please. my outdoor ac unit keeps burning up wires at the compressor connections. i believe that arcing is burning up the spade type connections. the problem is that it has burned up the lug that the terminal slides onto. there is a special wire used to repair this that has some type of screw clamp on the end to attach to the compressor lug. does anyone know what these repair wires are called or where i can find one? thanks for any help. kevin in tx.

burning up wires at the compressor connections.
Clean terminals first with fine sandpaper, drill hole though female and male connector, bolt together with 4-40 or 6-32 nut and machine screw.
Contact Impedance then drops to ~0, along with heating effect.
