Howdy folks. I'm wondering about your experience with home HVAC compressor blankets. we are looking at something to quiet our unit down a bit. Do you feel it was worth it?

Never ran mine without the blanks, so I can't say if its worth it or not. It's a cheap try to reduce noise and protect the compressor from the elements. You might even be able to make one yourself.

Might help some. You could also purchase anti vibration pads, if not already installed under the condenser.
