the combustion fan on our comfortmaker is out of wack and the fins of the fan blade rub on the furnace or fan housing. they dont sell just the fan, you have to buy the whole assembly. i fixed it a couple of years ago by using a screw driver to bend the blades with out taking it apart. does anyone know ant other ways to fix this?
Thanks

Since that assembly is responsible for removing the by products of combustion, a potential deadly gas....the ONLY sensible thing to do is to replace the entire assembly, as well as any gaskets that go with it. Any one who advises you differently would be ill advised to do so.
