So my wife and I are almost finished with the demo for our bathroom remodel. One of the things that's very important to both of us is to keep our working environment clean and neat. A little more background.. we live on the second floor of an apartment complex. Because of this taking out all the drywall..tiles..cbu.. etc to the back where we have a "Bagster" set up is a really time consuming task. We have been trying to find out if there is any known methods for transferring the rubble with minimal strain. We have about 10 contractor bags full of junk at the moment in our apartment. It sounds much worse than it looks just because of how clean and neat we have kept the whole process.

So the question is, what is the best way to transfer the rubble? The Bagster is directly below one of our windows so we were thinking about a "chute" system.. anyone tried anything like that before and have any tips?

Everything you said is true but do you know of any pre-made chute systems out there that don't cost thousands of dollars? Ive looked all over and cannot find something that was made for non-commercial use .. :-/

That is the problem. Either the project is small enough that the DIY'r does it by hand....or you pull in the big guns and pay the bucks.

In the time you have researched it....the trash could have been out....

Does your apartment have an elevator? If so, I would use a 32 gallon plastic garbage can and purchase a garbage can dolly. Do a quick google search for "garbage can dolly" and you'll see some examples.
