circulator pump

my circulator pump is always running. i have a well mclain he2 boiler with a amtrol indirect fired water tank that was just replaced. the circulator pump is about 2 years old and i have a brand new boiler control board. the circulator pump is a bell & gosset nrf 22 232

Is the thermostat always calling for heat?
That could keep the circulator running.
