circulator pump is failing

Hi. I have a 900,000 BTU American Standard Boiler from 1939 that had its circulator pump replaced about 5 years ago. The original pump was a Taco 110-24 and the new pump is a taco 007-F5. The new pump is now failing and it has blown its primary overload protector 10 times. Why is this happening? Also the Triple Aquastat Relay made by Minneapolis Honeywell is now clicking like mad.

A 007 can't move as much water as a 110-24.

900,000 BTUs? Big boiler. What temp are you running the boiler at.
