It's in the corner of my basement. It looks like the area was repaired before. Possibly caused by water getting into basement from previous faulty gutters. I'm not sure if I should block up the hole of the cinder block from the inside and stuff with quickcrete or replace block.

Just pack it in the open hole and smooth it over? Will that be better than a cement mix?
Ayuh,... Is the cell open all the way to the floor,..??

You could fill it with bag mix concrete,....
When ya get to the top, mix it drier, 'n trowel it to finish off the hole,...

Hyd. grout, you could probably just trowel the hole shut,...

I don't think it's open all the way to the floor, but its hard to tell due to the hole being up towards the ceiling. This isn't a major hole I should be worried about is it? I'd replace the whole broken block but there is rebar sections behind it. Rusted rebar but rebar nonetheless.
