I plan on purchasing the

I need to reline my chimney. I am wondering what diameter kit to purchase.

Try get the installation manual for it and there may be rules for the chimney that they want you to use.

It has to do with the height of the chimney also. If you are going to add a hot water heater to that chimney then there are very specific rules as to how to attach it and where.

The install manual should help you.
