hello all

I currently have 4ft long fluorescent tube lighting in my garage and would like to upgrade to LED with a E26 standard socket.

Can someone tell me how to do modify the electrical wiring to accomplish this?

Thanks much

NO modification is required. The current fixture has a black and white wire connected to it. Remove those two wires and connect them to the new fixture's black and white wires.
Leave all the rest of the wires in the box alone.

If there is a junction box present.

You will have to take yours down, take a picture of the wires before doing anything.

If there is a box don't touch the wires in there, if there is no box, come back and ask about that.
