Hi guys, I just recently had my foundation repaired and in the process I have a hairline crack in a couple of the kitchen floor tiles. Is their a quick fix for this or does the tile need to be replaced? Thanks again.

Crack in the grout or crack in the actual tile?

There is no "fix". They need to come out and be replaced.
Remove the grout, crack the tile in an X pattern with a brick chisle, remove the tile, clean up the floor and use thin set to set new tiles.

This is step #2.
Step #1 is locate replacement tiles. If you don't have a couple of extra tiles in the garage or somewhere, find replacements before you start breaking up the old ones. A tight hairline crack may be easier to live with than a bad match.
