I have a bryant central air system. The unit outside turns on with no problem but when it is ready to turn on the circulation fan in the furnace, the fan kicks on for a second and then off. This happens three or four times and finally stays on. I replaced the circuit board in the furnace last year because the relay that turns the fan on was stuck on. I haven't had any problems with that since then. I have cleaned the outside unit completely (Coils, fan, etc.)
