General Stucco Question... need help on diy
So i just bought my house only to find the previous owners did some really cheap facelift repairs(you get what you pay for). So I need to do some DIY to one of the exterior walls that had celling popcorn texture sprayed on to look like stucco!! So what I've been doing to the wall is scraping off what i believe is the "finish stucco" coat. Can anyone confirm this? If it is, can I simply reapply the finish stucco coat to the wall as is? One last question. Does anyone know how I can get the stucco texture in the last attached photo.
