My ceiling fan light uses twist lock bulbs. I bought some replacement bulbs, both LED and fluorescent. Neither work. They just buzz when I turn the light on. Fan itself works fine. Is this a bulb issue or is the light circuit in the fan bad? See video to see the problem.

On the box it says, Not for use with Dimmers.

The ceiling fan has a main on/off wall switch and a two pull chains, one for the fan and one for the light. Pull chain for the light is on/off.
