Hi Gents,

I have a Carrier Crusader gas furnace. I was trying to use it yesterday, it ran for a while and stopped for some reasons, I don't know why. Someone told me to presses the button manually, and it worked. Who can tell me what is that button used used for as circles in yellow? I need to keep pressing the button every 30 min to run the furnace Is there any way I can change the small piece in the yellow circle?

That's the blocked vent switch, and you shouldn't keep pressing it as its indicating an issue with the furnace. Because it trips doesn't mean the switch has failed, it's probably doing its job.
Take the exhaust apart and clean everything out. Also inspect the chimney for blockage.

Thank you Roughneck, I will take the exhaust apart and inspect the chimney and find out what is going on inside.
