Carrier A/C issue

I have a Carrier WeatherMaker 9200 Gas Furnace A/C that is 10 years old. The AC will not work. The Heat and the fan settings seem to be working fine. However the A/C will not start. I have tried re-starting the furnace a few times already. I have replaced the 2 fuses in the panel outside. I have pushed the manual flame rollout switch reset button. I have relpaced the filter. Still the A/c will not come on.
