can i remove
Hi All
can i remove the wood from the ceiling of my cold room, above it, is my concrete porch entryway
i want to remove it because its a source of mold.
I realize i have wood shelves installed (i did that), i can easily remove that, but i know the ceiling is the source, as i see colour changes (greenish stuff).
My thoughts are to remove it, spray foam the inside top of the ceiling and corners where it meets the wall
Vapour barrier the outside of the cold room.
funny thing too - the builders mounted the light fixture on the joist (check the pic)
in the pictures, what you see are dirt lines... running down the walls, those have been there for a while.
