Can I drill one more hole on top plate for drain pipe

Hi all, I'm looking to relocate some drain pipes and I'm wondering if I can drill holes on the top plate of the wall to run this pipe?

Seen on the image, there is already a central vac pipe (gray pipe) running through this double 2x6 top plate. I want to reroute the drain pipe (black pipe shown in image) to adjacent (location shown by red circle) to the existing central vac pipe. So I'm wondering if it's okay to drill a hole there when there is already another hole drilled for the central vac pipe?

This is a load bearing wall with 2x6 framing.

Thanks!

Yes. Joist is sitting on stud and the corner does not look critical, such as outside corner.

Thanks so much!

Just want to supply more information. This is actually a small closet within that laundry room that I wish to knock out to create a more open laundry room. Because the drain pipe sit inside the closet wall, hence I want relocate it once that closet is eliminated.

I've attached a floor plan of that area. The red line top plate represent the closet wall shown in red on the floor plan. The blue line top plate represent the load bearing wall shown in blue on the floor plan.

Adding this extra information, just want to double confirm that it's still ok to drill the extra hole?

Thanks!
