My 3' x 5' mat from Lowes made by Laticrete doesn't say that its okay to remove it from the mesh and hot glue it to the substrate. It gets to close to my toilet flange and I want to customize it so I don't have any issues. Is it okay to cut it free from the mesh and hot glue it to the floor?
I was just going to go with it, but since laticrete doesn't say that you can do this ANYWHERE, I didn't want to damage the cable and then have to buy a new one.
