I was hoping to build some kitchen cabinet doors using 1 1/2" wide stiles and rails (the standard width seems to be about 2") and I was planning on having 1/2" overlap all the way around. I was looking at concealed hinges today, and I didn't see any that would work. I'd only have 1" for the hinge to attach to the door, and most of the hinges seem to require about 1/2" more than that. I was wondering if anybody happens to know off-hand whether there are hinges that might work for me. Thanks.

Blum make concealed hinges for just about every application you can think of. The confusing part is ordering the correct hinge, faceplate and getting the correct offset for the drilling of the hinge. Some are 3mm, some 5mm. If the doors are spaced apart, it's easier. But if the doors close together, it can be difficult to figure out all the options.
You might try talking to the supplier about your situation to make sure you order the correct hardware for your kitchen.
