Home depot carries these that can be screwed to the face frame

Just that in the video, the cabinet door has self closing hinges to pull the door closed. Your hinges are not self closing. That HD damper looks adjustable, but set it too stiff, and the door will just bounce off the damper.

So I don't think dampers will work properly with that type of hinge.
