I have in my bathroom (under the vanity) C-PVC lines, with C-PVC ball valves
I want to replace the valves by brass ball valves. What is best:
1) Use Sharkbite fittings
2) Use some kind of C-PVC/copper or brass fitting to be glued?

just use a sharkbite...simple and fast..

Now, if I were to decommission that vanity and cap the 2 pipes, should I use a Sharkbite cap or a C-PVC glued cap, knowing they will be inside the wall?

if its inside the wall ..use cpvc cap and glue...sharkbite fittings should remain accessable....
