I noticed my Honeywell Aquastat relay has a constant buzzing sound even when my boiler is not in use. Is this something I should be concerned with? Please advise.
The transformer inside it may be buzzing and that is not a problem. You should get it serviced annually to check the burner, expansion tank etc and get the tech to check the buzzing at that time.
