[SDCA]

I am working on building two front steps for the front of my house. The dimensions are 8ft wide x 3 ft deepx 7 1/2 inches high (This is the top step). The bottom step is 8 ft wide x 2 ft deepx 71/2 inches high. I am wondering if I need to use Rebar in the cement?
