I bought a hammock for my baby from kanoe.us, and I can't find the joists in my house (I think I already posted about the joist issue). So I want to build some kind of frame for the hammock but I'm not sure how to figure out the proper sizing. Most of my DIY experience is with non-carpentry projects. Any advice on how to do something like this cheaply?
Also, my daughter isn't an infant, she's a toddler, so I'm not worried about the possible sleep hazards of baby hammocks.
