Hello Folks:
I have a 32' x 10' wooden deck at the back of my house. I want to build a screen porch on it (Size 16' x 10' ). There will be two 36" screen doors on each end. The roof will be a gable roof coming off of the house roof. The height from the deck floor to the edge of the roof is approximately 7' 8". The roof pitch is minimal as it is a manufactured home. I'm not sure you have to go onto the roof, not too far I wouldn't think.

I need to attempt to put a materials list together so that I can get the materials asap so I can get some interest free financing.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Where the new roof ties into the existing roof depends on the slope of the new roof. The minimum slope should be 4/12 but some guys on this forum go as low a 2/12. I would not, but if you have no choice, install ice dams continuous over felt, and cut down the exposure to 4 inches.
