Hi guys.
I'm looking to build a budget Windows-based HTPC with a single SSD with just enough capacity to run Windows. This HTPC will solely be used to stream movies and TV shows that are stored on desktop PC's network shared drives, so it will need to be wireless (the HTPC will be in my room).
Can you recommend me components for as cheap as a build as possible? It needs to be able to run KODI:

OS minimum to run Kodi: Windows Vista.
OS recommended: Windows 7, which is required for hardware video decoding.
