bryant package unit condenser motor problem

i as working on this package unit the one that come with the evaporator and condenser al together i have never worked on one the tech said the condenser motor was bad and the capacitor so i went ahead and replaced the motor and capacitor conected the two brown and brwon with white to the capacitor then conected the yellow to the yellow and the black to hat seems to be the red that cnnets into the black contactor i dint know what to do with hte ground wire on the motor ..and i turn the ac on and the motor doesnt run or start at all...if you need more details let me know
