I had a backup and found invasive roots into somebody's past repair. But the verticle pipe in this street side cleanout was broken. The tee and the 45° attached are both broken. My question is the repair. Is there something on the market to replace the tee and 45° if I cut the pipes right at the couplings or do I need to dig down another 2 feet add a short section of 4" pipe? Sorry for the poor photo.

Does this "cleanout" go down with another pipe? Difficult to tell in the picture.

Yes goes straight down a long way before turning towards the street

Digging a little more, you can cut the vertical pipe below the fitting as well as behind the fitting on the lateral and rebuild the clean out, bringing the vertical pipe to a more reachable location and install a clean out cap on it.
