Do you have any recommendations for repairing broken 2" pvc pipe sink drain without digging up the cement floor? The right-hand side of the break is flush with the floor.

What I was able to find requires access to both sides of the break to insert coupling over-top. Hoping I do not need to break up the floor which is beyond my comfort zone.

Thanks!

rjniles is correct:
1. Drain line can increase in diameter as it moves forward, but it cannot decrease.
2. The OP will need to cut the pipe a straight cut, set a coupling and make the repair.
3. To do that, he would need to cut the concrete.
4. To cut the concrete in a square around the pipe, get a diamond saw blade, then use a cold chisel and a hammer. Them remove the broken concrete pieces for a clean access.
