1. How can I fix this? The handle broke off with the screw and I don't want to do anything that may make it worse.

2. My kitchen sink makes an annoying dripping sound every time water runs down the drain. Only things that stop it is running more water or plugging off the drains.

Its probably been here since the house was built, but I'd hate to have to buy a whole new faucet. No idea what that might cost to buy it then have a pro install it. Also, any advice on the drippy kitchen drain?

Pardon me, but is that actually the faucet? A picture taken from a little farther back would be helpful also. IF that is the faucet, and IF that is the incoming hot water line running vertical on the left - - could you shut off the water supply, remove the bonnet/hex nut and remove the broken screw from the stem that way? I thought I had seen a lot of older faucet's but that's a new one to me. Good Luck, David
