Hello, I have a brick wall in a house that I am remodeling. The window above this area of brick wall must have been leaking for some time and has caused the plaster and the mortar in the interior section of brick below the window to crumble and collapse. The exterior section of brick looks okay from the inside, and the exterior of the house (stucco) looks fine too. No cracks or bulges. Should I just re-install the bricks with new mortar? Or is there something else I should do? See pic at this link: http://pho.to/A6BxJ

How about a picture of the outside.
My guess is that old window has been leaking and the sill is so rotted it's been leaking for many years to have caused that much damage.
You can just redo the brick or better yet figure out what caused it to fail and not have it happen again.
