Hello! We bought this house 2 years ago, and in the past 6 mo's we noticed that the porch brick pavers along the front by the steps are starting to lift, and the steps themselves are starting to deteriorate badly (big gaps between bricks, seems a lot worse this year). Attaching a few pictures of the steps. It seems like the cement holding the bricks together is cracking & eroding. Which product(s) do you suggest I get to fill in & seal these gaps?

And what about the lifting bricks (not pictured), what's the best way to re-seat/level them? There was a little bit of green moss growing in the gaps, which I pulled out.

Thanks!

Lift as in up and away from the home? First thing you have to do is figure out what is causing that.

In most cases, the more natural occurrence would be that fill dirt nearest the home would continue to compress as it is usually construction back-fill and poorly compacted it.

A "lift" near the home would typically be the result of frost heave.
