Changing my brakes on 2011 Silverado 2500HD, how do you get these rubber seals back in , they cover the caliper pins. Do I step on brakes if that will give some room? Or is there a tool, frustrating! Thank you

Step on the brakes until the peddle come up and hard, then install the covers with your thumb or fingers.:vs_cool:

They'll also go in easier if you slop a little brake grease in the hole first.

They also pop out easier, if you lubricate them.
Take a small dull something, like a rounded small Phillips screwdriver tip. Not sharp, no need to ruin cover. Then, using it as guide, work it in circumferential. Make sure slot for lip is clean of debris.

Can't you just take the caliper off, put the covers on while you have it out in the open, and then put the caliper back on?

Just my opinion from what I'm looking at.

Pinch it and slide one side in.
Then hold that side in while sliding your thumb around it to put the rest in.
A little lubricant helps.
