Last year I replaced some of my traditional indoor recessed ceiling bulbs with Phillips Dimmable BR40 LED bulbs (65W equivalent). From two of the four fixtures in my living room I hear an occasional random click every few minutes. Is this the bulb, the fixture, or something else? It's driving me nuts. When I put the old bulbs back in there is no clicking sound. It sounds like the click sound that a digital thermostat makes when it calls for heat or air conditioning. I am considering buying a different brand of bulb just to see if I notice a difference but first wanted to see if someone had a logical explanation for this behavior. Thanks.
