Bosch 500 series dishwasher installation

So I'm getting a new Bosch 500 series dishwasher, model SHP65T55UC. It is supposed to come today. I already removed the old one. I was reading the installation manual, and it says that the holes in the cabinet for the water supply line, drain line, and power cord need to be within a 4 in. x 2.5 in. rectangle in the back lower corner of the dishwasher opening. Our adjacent cabinet under the sink has about a 4 inch base under the floor of the cabinet. If I drill the hole where Bosch says, it will come out UNDER the floor of the cabinet under the sink. Is it ok to move it up so it will be inside the sink cabinet?

Also, our old dishwasher had a disconnect (switch) inside the sink cabinet on the back wall behind the disposal. I understand the new dishwasher will come with a junction box in which to run the power supply line. Then a power cable will run from the junction box to the back of the dishwasher. It has a little connector piece that clicks in. Can I just remove the disconnect switch and run the power straight to the junction box? Thanks in advance.
