I can only spend $2000.00 to finish bonus room over garage. Is this possible? I live the in one the south metro Atlanta, Ga counties.

The heating and cooling of the space might be the deal killer.

Also---how many electrical openings

How many doors

How many widows to trim

Lineal feet of knee walls needed

square foot of drywall required.

Square foot of subfloor required

A couple more things: Can you do any of the work? Why can't you use that $2000 for basics like heat/AC/electric and add more when funds allow.
